In 2003 when we founded TNS we wanted to develop and encourage a culture that is creative and imaginative, one which celebrates close partnerships and provides support across all of our touch points. Together we are all still focussed on creating and providing amazing food for our customers and clients whilst making our people behind it, the best they can possibly be.
Over 20 years later and that ethos and those core values are still fundamental in everything we do. We now call it The New Standard, a down to earth, innovative way of operating with complete honesty, transparency and integrity with our clients, our customers and our employees.
Today’s consumers are increasingly more knowledgeable about the food they choose to buy and eat. Lifestyle influences, where and how the food is made and the sourcing integrity of the ingredients are all key factors. Environmental and sustainability considerations continue to be major contributors in purchasing decisions. The modern consumer has never been as well informed and we understand this.
